Highlighting Our Clients: Conscious Content Clips Serves Sustainable Businesses & Environmental Nonprofits Part I
Conscious Content Clips was started out of necessity.
Tommy had started working with gardeners and composters, sustainable small business owners, and couldn’t believe how interesting the projects were.
He knew their customers needed to see what the businesses were accomplishing, but with everything else to do, documenting and posting on social media became the backburner of all backburner tasks.
Operating a small business, or nonprofit, is already a huge feat…
Now add on the fact that sustainability is still a new concept to the greater public.
Education is not something that’s “nice-to-have,” it’s crucial.
Documenting and posting on social media in the sustainability and environmental spaces goes beyond marketing and communications.
You are educating an audience to think differently.
When done well, social media is a relatively easy and affordable way to reach thousands of people you might not otherwise reach.
Educating them about the topic you’re passionate about while making your mission known.
Marketing isn’t just for when the budget allows for it, marketing (and communications) needs to be prioritized, especially with sustainability.
So as a gardener himself, Tommy started Conscious Content Clips to support these small business owners and bring more visibility to their missions.
Like Tommy, the rest of the CCC team members are quite sustainable, each interested in their own topics within sustainability and environmentalism that contribute to their work with CCC.
Our collective background across a range of sustainability niches helps us speak to your audience in a way that reaches them.

Composting
Renüable is a Florida-based composting business that provides composting services to residents, commercial clients, and events of all sizes.
You might be reading this and think, “cool, composting!”
If you’re located in Florida, there’s a good chance that you can sign up to be a Community Compost Member with Renüable, where they will pick up your organic, compostable material and process it for you.
You can even use the code LETSCOMPOST for your first month free!
Renüable offers home pickups on a weekly or bi-weekly frequency as well as compost drop-off locations through a membership.
This is how it works for home pick-ups: you sign up for the service online. On your first pickup day, you will receive your bucket and fill it up with compostables over the next week or two weeks.
On your pickup day, put your bucket outside your home early, and they will replace your bucket with a clean one!
Yes, it’s that easy.
Commercial composting works the same way, but instead of a bucket, a larger receptacle like a toter or drum will be utilized.
For events, Renüable is able to compost for events of all sizes.
As of 2026, Renüable has provided composting services, including hand sorting each bag for Tortuga Music Festival for five years, a three-day festival with over 100,000 attendees.
They also composted for the F1 in Miami, FIFA World Cup, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, weddings, and so many more.
In addition, Renüable also provides composting services to large retailers like Costco, schools, and other institutions.
CCC is proud to be handling Renüable’s social media and member newsletter.
Ocean Conservation
Over six million people live in counties that border coral reefs in South Florida.
Yet, many Floridians don’t even know there are coral reefs so close by, an ecosystem humans rely on tremendously without us realizing.
Conscious Content Clips is proud to work with Friends of Our Florida Reefs (FOFR), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to support the critical efforts of the DEP’s Coral Reef Conservation Program (CRCP) and Coral Protection and Restoration (CPR) program.
FOFR is a citizen support organization made up entirely of volunteers and in addition to helping support these important programs, FOFR provides community outreach and educational opportunities to engage South Floridians with our coral reef.
Conservation without education is nearly impossible.
To get more protections and policies in place, we need more people putting pressure on policymakers.
For that to happen, people need to know that Florida’s Coral Reef exists and why it’s so important to protect it.
For the past 3.5 years, CCC has supported FOFR with their social media and email marketing, as well as creating them a whole new website and managing it, in an effort to educate the masses about Florida’s Coral Reef.
We took their account of under 1000 followers to a flourishing and active community of 3540 and climbing, hitting 3K in only their second year with CCC.
This was done with 10 posts a month, every month.
The posts were entertaining while still being informational.
Assertive about the current situation, while airing on the side of optimism.
In 2025, CCC was tasked with marketing a new event format for their reef cleanup, consolidating their individual events into one large cleanup day with multiple participating dive boats across three counties.
The marketing resulted in 87 participating divers collecting 136 pounds of debris.
The real results came in this year when FOFR hosted the event again.
We had more interested dive shops who wanted to participate, more divers signed up, and almost three times as much debris collected, all with less marketing!
Lucky for us, we have been able to work with various ocean conservation organizations, one of our favorites being Rock The Ocean.
We have worked on select projects with Rock The Ocean, both long-form and short-form videos to explain how they bring Tortuga Music Festival to life as the host and founder.
Through that partnership, we have also worked with OCEARCH, Pirani, Keep Florida Beautiful, and other impactful ocean conservation organizations.
Living the Values
We don’t just make marketing content for sustainable businesses and environmental organizations, the Conscious Content Clips team lives the values.
Bianca, our video editor, is a vegan, handstand master, and climber who spends as much time outside and traveling as possible.
She’s a fruit lover and genius at transmuting a moment in time through her editing skills.
Tommy is the founder of CCC, an edible food gardener turned composter and avid meditation student.
If you didn’t know, Tommy is also Head of Operations at Renüable!
Gaby, our social media manager, is a yoga teacher and volunteers with sea turtle conservation.
Alexa, our copywriter, makes content and has a blog educating her audience on everyday imperfect sustainability such as incineration, composting, civic engagement, ocean conservation, public health, and zero waste living.
Cassidy, one of our professional videographers/photographers, loves the ocean and is always up to learn more about any topic.
J’lin, our audio engineer, has a background in public transportation and accessibility.
When we get together, it’s almost always to spend time outside, generating very little waste, if any, and enjoying the company while we make art together.
This is all to say, we not only do this for a living, but it’s part of who we are at our core.
Collectively, we’re so grateful to work with such amazing co-worker who share our values and offer their own zone of genius into the creative sphere.
These are just some of the amazing clients we have had the pleasure of working with!
